Qualifying
is Easy

We know that one size does not fit all, so we will carefully review various factors when providing your lending solution. Below are the criteria we consider:

Credit

A credit check is required on individual borrowers and personal guarantors. For returning customers, credit is updated every 180 days.

Experience

Verifiable real estate transaction history which reflects your experience executing rehab projects.

Background Check

A standard background check including criminal, credit and court record.
