Rex has over 15 years combined experience in sales, account management, underwriting, and risk mitigation. He is results driven with a strong attention to detail, has a great ability to problem-solve when faced with a challenge. As a Relationship Manager with Center Street Lending, Rex helps investors by providing the highest level of customer service. Rex strives to extend respect, kindness and humility to every person he comes in contact with. This approach allows his clients to interact with him as a genuine partner during their residential investment projects. Before starting with Center Street Lending, Rex worked at J.P. Morgan as a business analysis and reporting specialist and at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a consumer loan underwriter. While at Wells Fargo, he was awarded with the Certificate of Excellence and Quality Inspection Service Quarterly Quality Star award for maintaining 100% company quality standards. Prior to these positions, Rex worked at Option One and Countrywide Home Loans. Through all of his experience, Rex’s excellent sense of teamwork and overall reliability have allowed him to develop lasting and successful customer relationships. Rex consistently goes above and beyond to meet customer needs and to ensure that their lending process is efficient and smooth.
