Notice of "Sharing" for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising:
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Center Street Lending "shares" personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share online identifiers (IP addresses, cookie IDs, mobile ad IDs) and internet/electronic network activity (pages visited, buttons clicked, forms initiated) with social media and advertising platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook) and Google Ads. This enables us to display customized advertising to you on third-party platforms based on your interactions with our site.
Right to Opt-Out & Real-Time Blocking: You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information at any time by clicking our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal on your browser. Opting out will automatically disable advertising pixels, including the Meta Pixel.
