Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Center Street Lending Corporation (“Center Street Lending,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website or services.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, posted, or used on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
2. Where to Send a DMCA Notice
You must send your DMCA notice in writing to our designated Copyright Agent:

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing the following information (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., the Central District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice that the original complaining party has filed a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in the infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Good Faith Limitation of Liability
We will take reasonable steps to process and respond to all properly submitted DMCA notices, but we are not responsible for any material posted by users or third parties.
